Orders & Payment

Q: What is your refund & cancellation policy?
A: We cannot accept returns on mail order products and we cannot offer refunds, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to correct it if the order has not already shipped

Q: What forms of payment does Drums & Wires accept during checkout?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal

Shipping

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: During the checkout process you will be presented with several shipping options. The most commonly used method is USPS Media Mail in the United States and USPS International Package for all other destinations

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: That of course depends on what you purchase and where we're shipping it to. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to see how much the shipping cost will be before you submit your order. We add a small S&H charge to the shipping cost to cover the cost of packing material

Q: Speaking of packing material, how do you ship vinyl?
A: We use premium Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailers made from 200-lb-test Kraft corrugated cardboard; reinforced layered edges to protect against edge damage on record jackets; reinforced layered "offset crush zone" corners to protect corner damage to record jackets; and the mailers have a hold down on each edge to prevent movement and avoid split seams

Q: Has my order shipped?

A: Orders that can be immediately fulfilled will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday through Saturday 9-5pm PST, excluding holidays). For orders placed around the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing

Orders that are waiting on preordered titles will be shipped when the last title on the order is available for shipping. If you wish to receive currently available titles ASAP and not wait for your preordered titles to become available, please consider placing separate orders

You will receive a confirmation email when your entire order ships.

If you have concerns about the status of your order please don't hesitate to contact us.

Digital

Q: Does Drums & Wires sell digital downloads directly from the label site?

A: Whenever possible we direct folks to our BandCamp store to purchase downloads because BandCamp offers downloads in a wide variety of file formats and it's simply not scalable for us to do this. We sell a few titles as downloads and you'll see that on the album page as a Buy Download button rather than a Download @ BandCamp buy button

Q: What digital file format are your downloads?
A: Uncompressed .WAV files that can easily be added to any music player, including iTunes/Apple Music

Q: How do I access my digital music once I've made my purchase?
A: We've created a step-by-step guide for how to access your digital files HERE <-- We're working on this!

Q: Why don't you offer links to the digital stores and streaming services Digital Transmissions for all albums offered on D&WR?
A: We partner with a lot of musicians who prefer to handle their own digital distribution. We only offer links to the digital stores and streaming services for albums that we manage the digital distro for
